IARC
Conference Room Policy
- The requestor and room user are
responsible for set up and clean up of the conference room. The
chairs and tables must be returned to their original setting. The
room must be clean and ready for the next user.
- The requestor and room user agree to
respect the privacy of other meetings in progress.
- The room user agrees to contact IARC
Operations if assistance is needed during meetings. Equipment is not
to be removed from rooms or moved to another location without prior
approval from IARC Operations (room 415, 474-1584 or 474-1597).
- Any costs (catering, extra tables/chairs,
etc.) for the event are the responsibility of the department or
individual using the conference room.
- If you
need to cancel reservations, IARC Operations MUST BE NOTIFIED as soon
as possible so that others may use the facilities.
- The IARC
Director reserves the right to reschedule any event to an alternate
room if one is available. IN THE EVENT THAT THIS HAPPENS, YOU WILL BE
NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
